2. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE SERVICE
Alcohol service within King’s Club is regulated by the State of New Mexico and is subject at all times to applicable laws, permit and license conditions, venue rules and responsible alcohol-service procedures.
King’s Club does not include unlimited alcoholic beverages.
Subject to final regulatory approval and the terms below, each King’s Club credential may include a maximum allocation of up to ten (10) alcoholic beverage redemptions per festival day as part of the overall King’s Club hospitality package.
The alcoholic beverage component is included within the overall purchase price of the King’s Club package and should not be interpreted or advertised as unlimited or unrestricted alcohol service.
3. DAILY BEVERAGE ALLOCATION
Alcoholic beverage redemptions:
· Are limited to a maximum of ten (10) per credential, per festival day;
· May be redeemed only during authorized alcohol-service hours;
· Must be redeemed individually through the applicable RFID wristband, electronic credential, drink-credit system or other tracking system designated by the festival;
· Are valid only on the specific festival day for which they are allocated;
· May not be transferred, shared, sold or assigned to another person;
· May not be accumulated and used on another festival day;
· May not be redeemed for cash, merchandise, food or other consideration;
· Have no cash value;
· Are non-refundable; and
· Expire at the conclusion of the applicable festival day.
Unused alcoholic beverage redemptions do not entitle the ticket holder to any refund, credit, price adjustment or other compensation.
*Redemptions represent a maximum available allocation and not a guarantee that ten alcoholic beverages will be served. Every alcoholic beverage remains subject to legal age verification, responsible-service requirements and the independent judgment of the licensed alcohol server.
4. AGE & IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Guests must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to purchase, possess or consume alcoholic beverages.
A valid government-issued photo identification acceptable under New Mexico law may be required before alcohol is served.
Possession of a King’s Club credential, wristband or unused beverage redemptions does not establish proof of age and does not guarantee alcohol service.
Guests under twenty-one (21) may use King’s Club amenities available to them but will not receive alcoholic beverages. No refund, credit or reduction in package price will be provided because a guest is under twenty-one or otherwise unable or ineligible to consume alcohol.
5. RESPONSIBLE ALCOHOL SERVICE
All alcoholic beverage service is subject to responsible-service requirements.
Boots In The Park, Activated Events, the applicable liquor license holder, festival management, bartenders, alcohol servers, security personnel and their respective representatives reserve the right to slow, suspend or refuse alcohol service to any guest when required or permitted by law or when reasonably necessary for guest or public safety.
Alcohol service may be refused to any person who:
· Appears intoxicated or impaired;
· Cannot provide acceptable identification when requested;
· Attempts to provide alcohol to a minor;
· Attempts to provide alcohol to an intoxicated person;
· Attempts to transfer or share beverage redemptions;
· Engages in disruptive, unsafe or inappropriate behavior;
· Violates event, venue or King’s Club policies; or
· Otherwise cannot legally be served.
The number of unused beverage redemptions remaining on a guest’s credential does not override the judgment of the licensed alcohol server.
Refusal, suspension or termination of alcohol service does not entitle the guest to a refund, credit or other compensation.
6. MAXIMUM DRINKS IN POSSESSION
Alcoholic beverages will be served in accordance with New Mexico law and applicable permit conditions.
Guests may not possess more than the legally permitted number of opened, unconsumed alcoholic beverages at any one time. Festival alcohol servers may therefore limit the number of beverages issued during any transaction regardless of the number of unused beverage redemptions remaining.
7. NO SHARING OR TRANSFER OF ALCOHOL
Alcoholic beverage redemptions are assigned to the individual King’s Club credential holder.
Purchasing or obtaining an alcoholic beverage for a minor, an intoxicated individual or another person who could not lawfully obtain that beverage directly is prohibited.
Festival management may suspend or terminate beverage privileges and/or revoke festival credentials for violations.
8. BEVERAGE SELECTIONS
King’s Club intends to provide a premium selection of beer, wine and handcrafted cocktails.
Specific brands, spirits, cocktails, wine selections, beer selections, serving sizes and beverage menus are subject to availability and may change without notice.
Substitutions do not constitute grounds for a refund.
9. FOOD & NON-ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
King’s Club includes designated premium food service, bottled water and selected non-alcoholic beverages during published hospitality operating hours.
Menus, culinary offerings, service formats and hours may change.
Although the festival may attempt to accommodate common dietary preferences, specific foods or allergen-free meals cannot be guaranteed. Guests with food allergies or dietary concerns are responsible for determining whether individual offerings are appropriate for them.
10. KING’S CLUB ACCESS
King’s Club credentials are required for entry into King’s Club-controlled areas.
Credentials may not be duplicated, altered, tampered with, transferred or shared except through an officially authorized transfer or resale method, if permitted.
King’s Club viewing areas, platforms and front-of-stage areas remain subject to capacity limits, artist requirements, security requirements and public-safety restrictions. Access may be temporarily restricted when an area reaches a safe operating capacity.
Access to a particular location within a viewing area is not reserved unless expressly stated otherwise.
11. PARKING
One (1) King’s Club premium parking pass is included per qualifying order unless otherwise specified during purchase.
A parking pass does not guarantee a particular parking space or location.
Parking areas, entry routes and exit routes are subject to traffic conditions, governmental direction, emergency conditions and operational changes.
“Express exit” means access to designated premium traffic routing when operationally available and does not guarantee that a guest will experience no delay when leaving the festival.
12. LOCKERS, WI-FI & CHARGING
King’s Club locker access, Wi-Fi and charging services are provided as convenience amenities and are subject to availability and operational conditions.
Boots In The Park does not guarantee continuous internet, cellular or charging connectivity.
Guests remain responsible for their personal property. Lockers or storage services do not create a bailment or guarantee against theft, loss or damage except as otherwise required by law.
13. COMMEMORATIVE ITEMS & MERCHANDISE
Commemorative King’s Club items are subject to availability and may vary from promotional images or descriptions.
Access to exclusive King’s Club merchandise means the opportunity to purchase designated merchandise and does not mean merchandise is included with the ticket unless specifically identified as included.
Merchandise quantities and sizes are limited and are available while supplies last.
14. FESTIVAL & PACKAGE CHANGES
Festival schedules, artists, set times, hospitality locations, viewing configurations, menus, alcohol selections, operating hours and package amenities may be modified when reasonably necessary because of artist requirements, weather, safety, governmental requirements, venue conditions, supply availability or festival operations.
Reasonable modification, substitution or temporary unavailability of an individual King’s Club amenity does not constitute cancellation of the festival and does not automatically entitle the purchaser to a refund.
15. GENERAL FESTIVAL TERMS
King’s Club purchases are also subject to the Boots In The Park General Terms & Conditions and event policies, including policies concerning:
· Final sales and refunds;
· Event cancellation or postponement;
· Rain-or-shine operation;
· Artist, lineup, schedule and venue changes;
· Entry and refusal of entry;
· Security screening;
· Prohibited items and conduct;
· Re-entry;

Unless otherwise expressly stated by Boots In The Park, all King’s Club sales are final and no refunds or exchanges will be provided.
If the festival itself is cancelled, refund eligibility will be governed by the applicable Boots In The Park cancellation policy and General Terms & Conditions.
16. COMPLIANCE WITH LAW
All King’s Club hospitality services, including alcoholic beverage service, are subject to the requirements and restrictions of the New Mexico Liquor Control Act, New Mexico Alcoholic Beverage Control Division regulations, the applicable liquor license and/or special-event permit, and any other governmental requirements in effect at the time of the festival.
If any advertised hospitality benefit conflicts with applicable law, permit requirements or governmental direction, the applicable law or requirement will control and the benefit may be modified accordingly.
17. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Purchase or use of a King’s Club ticket or credential constitutes acceptance of these Supplemental Terms & Conditions, the Boots In The Park General Terms & Conditions, and all applicable event and venue policies.
Boots In The Park and Activated Events reserve the right to update these Supplemental Terms when reasonably necessary to comply with law, regulatory requirements or festival operations.
