General Terms

All event personnel have the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder for any reason at their discretion. Venue and talent are subject to change without notice and are not grounds for a refund. There is no re-entry once you exit the venue.

Refund Policy

There are no refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. Event terms are rain or shine. Venue and talent are subject to change without notice and are not grounds for a refund. 

Cancellation Policy

If the event is canceled, we will refund the amount you paid for your tickets using the same payment method used for purchase. If your event is postponed, we will contact you with the new date and time.

Item Transfer Policy

Tickets cannot be transferred.

We understand that plans can change. If you are unable to attend an event and are looking for an alternative, Activated Events has partnered with Tixel as our preferred and authorized ticket resale platform.

Through Tixel, guests can securely list their tickets for resale to other interested attendees. Tixel provides a trusted, verified marketplace that ensures both sellers and buyers are protected throughout the transaction.

Age Restriction

Age restrictions can vary by events. For all ages events, children 5 and under receive free general admission access with a paid parent/guardian ticket, regardless of the parent/guardian ticket type. You must be 21+ to consume alcohol. Please have a valid, government issued ID ready.
