No re-entry is allowed once you exit the venue each day.

This event is all ages.

GA, GA+, and VIP: Children 5 and under are free and must be accompanied by a ticketed adult. Child admission will maintain the same access as the adult paid admission.

Kings Club: Children 2 and under are free with valid paid adult admission into the King’s Club. Ages 3-9 will be able to purchase an add on ticket at a reduced rate upon the addition of at least one paid admission. Guests 10+ will require a full paid admission for Kings Club entry into the festival.  

You must be 21+ to consume alcohol. A valid, government issued ID will be required to consume alcohol.

RFID Festival wristbands will be mailed to the address provided at checkout 14-21 days before the festival. 

Yes! RFID festival wristbands will be mailed to the address provided at checkout 21-14 days before the festival. 

You can log into your account via the link in your confirmation email to update your mailing address before the wristbands are mailed. You can also email customerservice@activatedevents.com. 

Refund & Exchanges:

There are no refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. Event terms are rain or shine. Lineup and set times subject to change without notice does not constitute a refund.

Return Policy:

If the event is cancelled, we will refund the amount you paid for your tickets using the same payment method used for purchase. If your event is postponed, we will contact you with the new date and time. All event personnel have the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder for any reason at their discretion. Venue and talent are subject to change without notice and are not grounds for a refund

Yes. CrewFare is our official hotel package partner. You can buy tickets right now to the festival when you bundle with a hotel package. 

Festival parking will be conveniently available surrounding the park for an additional fee. There will be shuttles provided for transportation from select parking lots to festival front gates.

We encourage ride share and other forms of transportation. Please always have a designated driver.
